If you are paying with a check, please download the registration form, complete it using Adobe Reader, print it out, and mail it along with your payment. Once we receive your check, you will receive an email with your account login information for the conference website. If you have mailed your registration, you will receive an online account upon receipt of your payment. Additional information concerning your account will be emailed to you.
